Les 3 Maîtres Gourmands is a company specializing in ready-to-eat meals and catering services in Laval. In an increasingly competitive food market, the brand wanted to stand out online and modernize its digital experience.
The existing website could no longer fully support their ambitions or offer an experience adapted to the realities of online catering. Maze was commissioned to design a new Shopify platform and rethink the brand's visual identity to create a more cohesive, high-performing, and distinctive experience.

Catering services impose different constraints than traditional online stores. Orders may require customization options, specific time slots, or precise delivery zones. The challenge was therefore to design an experience capable of managing these particularities while maintaining simple and intuitive navigation for users.

Approach
Aligning Brand Identity and Ordering Experience
The project was structured around two complementary axes: redesigning the brand's visual universe and developing a new e-commerce experience on Shopify.
Maze first worked on evolving the visual identity to create a stronger and more consistent brand image that aligned with the company's positioning. The goal was to design a graphic universe capable of inspiring confidence while highlighting the quality of the products and service.
Concurrently, the site architecture and user journeys were rethought to facilitate navigation through the offerings and simplify the ordering processes. Wireframes were used to define page structures and optimize information hierarchy before the design and development phase.

The new site was developed on Shopify to offer a flexible and high-performing e-commerce platform. The new visual identity was deployed throughout the site to create a consistent and distinctive experience. The interface highlights the products while making it easier to understand the catering offer.
