To effectively meet the brand's expectations, we undertook a comprehensive strategic digital marketing audit. This included an in-depth analysis of the brand itself, its market and its customer base. We examined all channels owned by the brand as well as those used for advertising (emailing, social media, website and ad campaigns) in order to provide recommendations and strategies in line with Pantoufles Garneau's objectives.
