Vol Privé is growing by leaps and bounds! As part of the Parcours Commercialisation à travers le numérique program, in collaboration with Développement économique Longueuil (DEL), the brand entrusted us with the task of analyzing the user experience (UX) of its website through an audit and a solid strategy. The objective? Identify shortcomings and propose avenues for optimization.

Solution
Thanks to our solid expertise in e-commerce, particularly in the luxury goods sector, we supported Vol Privé by implementing tangible optimizations on its website. Among other things, we reworked the structure of the product pages to improve the user experience, and reorganized the navigation to highlight the emblematic travel destinations associated with the brand's imagery, which are themselves also the names of its product variants. No lie, our Google Flights alerts were close at hand during this mission.
