Wise sought our expertise shortly after its acclaimed appearance on Quebec's hit TV show Dans l'œil du dragon. The brand was looking for expert eCommerce advice to improve the user experience of its online store, making it attractive while preserving its brand identity. Its objective was to better respond to the growing interest in its products, following an offer received from Bio-K+'s Dragonne Isabèle Chevalier.

As part of the Marketing through Digital Journey, in partnership with Développement économique Longueuil (DEL), we carried out a complete marketing audit of all the Wise brand's digital channels to highlight priorities for improvement. Numerous recommendations were made, notably concerning eCommerce and marketing strategy, with the aim of optimizing the customer journey and increasing the conversion rate.
