Pourquoi pas Fleurs, a well-established florist in Montreal, wanted to modernize its online store to deliver a smoother and more efficient shopping experience. Facing growing limitations with Prestashop, the brand entrusted us with the full migration to Shopify, aiming to simplify backend operations, optimize the customer journey, and elevate their brand image online. The redesign also sought to reflect the elegant and local identity of Pourquoi pas Fleurs through an updated user experience.

Solution
To meet Pourquoi pas Fleurs’ unique needs, we carried out a custom migration from Prestashop to Shopify, ensuring a seamless transfer of products, collections, and order history, while completely rethinking the site’s UX/UI. We restructured the navigation to make it easier for customers to shop by occasion (weddings, funerals, birthdays), with a strong focus on mobile experience. Special features for a florist business — like date selection and custom messages — were also integrated. The result: a faster, more intuitive site that serves both customer expectations and in-store operations.
